Green Coffee Conversations
This informal series of Talks will be hosted by industry experts, professionals, academics, and entrepreneurs to foster continued learning and growth within this vital specialty coffee sector. These sessions are open to all World of Coffee attendees and are designed to inform experienced professionals as well as those just getting started in the green coffee trade.
These sessions are occasionally paired with cuppings and tastings so attendees can enjoy a sensory exercise to enhance their understanding of topics and theory. There will also be the possibility to explore aspects of the new coffee value assessment format developed by the SCA (CVA), as well as the opportunity for participants to learn about the intrinsic and extrinsic values of coffee.
